Cole's 5th Birthday Party and Thanksgiving

We woke up Sunday morning, December 1st and got ready to head to Nana and Papa's for Thanksgiving/Birthday. 

Before we headed out Zoe gave Cole his birthday present from her.  He loved it!

Cole didn't really want a party so we decided to have a simple celebration at Nana and Papa's house while we were there for Thanksgiving.  Cole wanted to make and decorate his own cake so I let him.

He also helped put up his own decorations and put the candles in his cake.

 

He didn't want anyone singing when he blew out his candles so we just counted to 5.

 

He really liked all of his presents.  They were trains that he had picked out himself.

 I guess you could say he basically planned his own party.

We had a great day hanging out together and eating!

I think it was Cole's perfect birthday!
