Then we met Bud's family at Mom and Dad's for brunch.
I did the Resurrection Eggs with them and I was really feeling my "teacher moment" because Hayden was hanging on my every word. I told her about Jesus and the crucifixion.
Later I found out she had nightmares for several nights because of my story. Oops!
We enjoyed our morning. Then we got "cowboyed up" and went to Easter at Aunt Patty's
We wore cowboy attire in honor of Grandpa Boots. We tried to bring our annual Easter Egg hunt back, but the rain spoiled it.
It was a fun Easter though and great to hang out with everyone!
