Celebrating Most of the Hodges' Birthdays

We celebrated Hadley, Hayden, and Brewer's birthdays on Saturday, even though Hads and Brewer had strep throat. Poor things.  They still seemed to be have a good time though.
Michelle's sister and her kids and Michelle's dad came, plus my parents and their kids, Malynn, and a couple of people that work with Michelle.

The birthday kiddos got great gifts, that I think they really liked.

 Brewer got an iPod.
These two crack me up together.  In fact Cole just asked me a few minutes ago, "Is it later, because Papa said I could come over later."

Hads got this cute little cottage and even though she wasn't feeling great, she loved it!

Michelle got 3 different cakes that she let the kids pick out.

Cole like Brewer's rainbow cake the best.

Hayden spent the night with us so we got to take the rest of her cake home!  It was yummy.

Nana and Papa brought their water slide.  The kids loved playing on it.

Then the kids took swings at the pinata!

Bud is quite the party animal!
The kids loved all the fun prizes in the pinata.

I think Bud was trying to get his money's worth out of the pinata.

I can't remember what made Cole mad this time, but Aunt Shell was trying to make it better.

Cole didn't quite pull off the "party animal" look, maybe because it rarely looks like he's having a good time.

Hayden got to come home with us and spend the night.  Zoe had lost a tooth that morning, and then Hayden's fell out at our house after the party.
Hayden has only spent the night with us a few times, and 2 of the times she's lost a tooth.   It's a little suspicious.
The girls both found money under their pillow the next morning.  We went to church and then Zoe, Hayden, and I went out for more birthday fun.
Hayden wanted to go to Olive Garden.  When we sat down she opened her napkin and said, "Look, I got 2 forks!"
She was excited about the breadsticks and their pizza.  She said they have the best pizza, it's reminds her of Chuck E. Cheese's pizza. She also had me taste her root beer, because it was so delicious.
She even sampled some of Zoe's food.
Because she was the birthday girl she got to choose a dessert.  She picked the "Chocolate Mousy", as she called it.

We went to Target and Hayden spent her giftcard.  She also picked out some gifts for her siblings and parents.  She was so sweet about it.

After Target, we headed to Cherry Berry.  It was a great girls' day.
